Refund policy

The Vessol supplement purchased can only be returned or refunded in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

The purchaser must submit a request for return within 30 calendar days beginning with the day the package arrives at its destination based on package tracking information and ending on the day we receive your email request. Any request outside the 30 calendar day period will not be considered for a return or refund.

The purchaser must write an email at info@vessolhealth.com with a request for a return or refund. We will then send a request form for a return claim. Please complete the claim form by filling in the blanks and include the document in the package.

Please ship the unopened and unused Vessol supplement with all seals intact back to the address as listed in the claim form directions. If the product has been opened or seals broken, we reserve the right to refuse the return or refund of Vessol. Once we have received and inspected the item, we will provide you with a refund excluding shipping cost, provided the product is in new and sealed condition.
